The “original” release were SD resolution DVD rips by former Hikiko123. Depends on the label. Some release them same day, some a month later, and some even many months later i.e. No Wife and Kotowarenai Haha.

Well, looked like the big span between ep 2 and ep 3 was due to the anime having catched up to the author work. It’s still a WIP story, so depending on how much have been made so far – and if the anime adaptation sold well enough – it could be a few month to one year +
