You could use a utility like MKVCleaver to extract it from the video. Unless your problem is that you already have the raw video and just want to save bandwidth by not downloading the whole thing again. Then I can’t help you (not sure if uploading the srt somewhere would be frowned upon).

There’s usually no problem with uploading just the .srt file as far as I’m aware
