Shikkaku Fansubs are the only ones on the English West (multiple Spanish groups have no problem with this) that will hopefully translate the upcoming Shoujo Ramune Episode 4 for those wondering. Understandable as sites like this and others will be banned in certain countries.

Shikkaku will most likely translate the episode in the following days. I don’t have any issues translating these type of contents (since I already picked up Implicity as well), but I had to put my hands off from Shoujo Ramune since I never took it from episode 1. The idea of translating recent releases from the middle of the series having already been taken by another group feels unnecessary for me. It’s the same reason I didn’t touch Kagirohi: Shaku Kei – Another and JK to Ero Konbini Tenchou, despite me liking those releases.
But if in any case any OVA of similar contents are to be released, I’ll most likely work on them. Any contents I most likely am going to decline working on would be Yaoi. Working on them isn’t impossible for me, but I just think that there are already groups focused on that genre and that I should also be picking up projects I enjoy.

This didn’t get licensed, so I don’t think an uncensored release of any kind exists at all.
