It’s a huge downgrade from the 1st episode unfortunately. Can’t really fap to this one since it’s far too short and you hardly see much of the action. Compare it to the manga and you’d be disappointed.

In translation the title is “My Brother’s Slipped Inside Me In The Bathtub” by Kaiduka. Personally I think the reason for changing the name is obvious. Also, it was a webtoon, so…, yeah.
