Subtitles are “integrated” inside the MKV file(s) in all SakuraCircle releases, so you don’t need to download them separately. If you can’t see them, make sure they are enabled in your media player, or upgrade to a working one — my pick is MPC Black Edition, but any modern option should work.
If you want the subtitles alone for use with a different video source, you’ll have to demux them and the font attachments (MKVExtractGUI), then remux them into your target release (MKVToolNix). Good luck.
