Is this the last part? or this Hentai studio is gonna make all the manga chapters till they get married as adults?

Only theses 2 episode have a page on selling site. On the other hand, there no mention of it being finished.
Only way to know would be to get back the log of news from the anime studio and the original manga author to see if they say anything.
And if it fail, try to contact the author.
Sometime work stop after 1 ep event when other where scheduled, other time you got by gap between released (look at Enjo Kouhai – 2 years between ep 4 and ep 5).
