Sotsugyou Chikan Densha — 02 DVD LQ

Translation: Tennouji
Encode: Shareraw from hikiko123

It’s the same template as episode 1, just with a different delivery. The story so far is mediocre, but it’s saving grace is a nice animation and the sadistic depiction of a delusional man.

Since they’re having the creative freedom on this adaptation, the should go with something even more original in a typical 4-episode Suzuki Mirano format. This would be epic if he actually ends up going for the win with Kanoko on the 3rd episode, only to discover later in the 4th episode that she is his daughter from Nanoka-sensei back then. That will make this series more memorable since the kill/die plot twist has been kind of overused nowadays and is starting to feel dull.

Interesting thought there, according to Anidb they have the same last name. Did the dude ever really get together with his sensei back in high school? I thought those were his delusions/fantasies like he has in the present on the train.

They seem to be delusions, but there’s a very little chance that they aren’t. Either way, it would be nice if they’re mother and daughter. Lusting after 2 generations of women is a high level of depravity.

I’m going with them being delusions, but I also get the feeling the show might be trying to subvert our expectations or something. Like it could be making us expect that everything is just delusions and he would never have the courage to act and follow through with them, and then in the final episode he does or something. Or, this could just be the story of a dude just stuck in his head. I guess reading and looking at the CG this is based off of would give us the answer, but I won’t peek at it though.
