Unless some crazy fan circle want to work to remove the censorship with tools and lot of sweatwork (which is so rare you should already forget about it), the only uncensored version of H-anime are official western release of such work.
They are RARE, and usually happen years after the original release.
If you’re lucky… see you in 10 years for it….
so, short version is : No – and there won’t be – never, ever.
